Delivery Information

We offer standard shipping services to United States, Canada, the European Union, Central and South America (hablamos espanol), Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Phillippines, and Africa. When shipping outside the United States, all orders are designated as insured so that we can guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages will be sent the most cost effective way via USPS, UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer).
 
Charges are based on the weight of your combined order and your destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements, which will be accepted in the specified countries listed above. Private Label orders are shipped within 4-7 business days after the label design has been completed and approved. The time frame for designing your private label product depends on the specifications and complexity of the design, but in general, we can have a design ready for your review within 24-48 hours. Special Services to our European Customers
All packages shipped to the European Union are shipped via The ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE, UPS, DHL, DPD, and TNT. All shipments to our EU customers are NOT subject to customs clearance or delays given that all merchandise will have cleared customs in one of our European facilities and kept in stock during transit first before it is shipped to you. We guarantee ALL deliveries into the EU to be convenient, fast, and hassle free. When ordering from all EU member countries, please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Delays may only occur in the initial label design phase when buying for the first time. Most repeat orders, or new orders with existing label designs are shipped within 1-2 business days. Canada and Other Countries
We ship directly to Canada using DHL/UPS, unless otherwise instructed by the customer. For special shipping services email us before ordering. The shipping time to Canada varies and can be approximately 5 to 10 business days from the day of shipment. Parcels may be subject to additional customs clearance time and import duty. We do everything within our power to make sure that your parcel is labeled properly in order to avoid delays and excessive import tax/duties. Be aware that the laws in your country may require that you pay import duty upon receiving any merchandise and therefore you are fully responsible for these fees. Please contact us if you are in any other country for restrictions and/or availability.
 
Return Policy
Since private label orders are customized to meet each client's individual needs, we cannot provide an open return policy or issue refunds for Private Labeled products. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we do not deliver exactly what you have ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurring shipping fees will be at our expense. All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund or an exchange.
 
Damaged Merchandise
You must notify us within 7 days if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a return label will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us. When requested by us, you must return any damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days.
